All return requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of purchase. Products must be unused and re-sellable condition and in the original packaging with all the tags and/or box intact. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We're sorry but the following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Open Blind Boxes
- Any items noted as non-refundable / returnable during promos
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Please note that if your refund is being processed through Afterpay your return information will show in their portal. Any questions about returns to your Afterpay account should be directed to Afterpay.
Need to make a return?

- Log in to your customer account.
- Find the order & product(s) you wish to return
- Click "Request return"
- If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with an invoice to pay for the return shipping label.
- Once the invoice is paid, you will receive a return shipping label to print.
- Refund will be remitted once product is received.

What about an exchange?
Yes, we accept exchanges on a case by case basis, please email orders@friendsnyc.com with your order number and pictures of your item you wish to exchange and our customer service team will assist you.
