Need to make a return? 

    1. Log in to your customer account.
    2. Find the order & product(s) you wish to return 
    3. Click "Request return"
    4. You will receive an email with a link to pay for the return shipping label
    5. Once paid, you will receive a return shipping label to print.
    6. We refund your money once the product is received

Refunds can be processed to the original payment method only.

All return requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of purchase. Products must be unused and re-sellable condition and in the original packaging with all the tags and/or box intact. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

What about an exchange?

At this time we do not accept exchanges.  We recommend returning the unwanted item by following the steps above and then placing a new order for the item you would like :

    • Open Blind Boxes
    • Any items noted as non-refundable / returnable during promos
