Box came without notification of fragile materials on the outside. Led to glass slide being broken. I purchased the additional coverage of breaks. They told me to submit the claim with the order number, which I did and the site couldn't find my order. I followed up multiple times and got no answer after I let them know the issue with submitting my claim.
Would not order online through this company. Customer support was atrocious.
